Conditions of use ("Conditions").

The legal conditions governing the use of services provided by ECRISTONLIVRE include information, text, images, graphics, data or other materials (hereinafter called "Content") included in the site. Similarly, they include the products and services provided by the following address: www.ecristonlivre.com , and all elements, software, programs and code forming or incorporated in ECRISTONLIVRE (www.ecristonlivre.com). This service is operated exclusively by ECRISTONLIVRE Inc. ECRISTONLIVRE Inc., may also be quoted as saying, "ECRISTONLIVRE "we" and "us".

By using our services, you agree to be bound by Section I of these terms, which contain provisions applicable to all users of our service, including ECRISTONLIVRE website visitors. If you choose to register as a member of our service, you will be asked to check a box indicating that you have read and agree to be bound by the additional conditions set out in Section II.

This service is provided by ECRISTONLIVRE and administrators expressly reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at their sole discretion at any time and without notice. You acknowledge that ECRISTONLIVRE is not and will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of service.

3. Brand names

All brand names, products and services used on this site, who identify or appropriate to ECRISTONLIVRE are proprietary brands of ECRISTONLIVRE Inc.and / or third parties identified and involved. 4. Copyrights

ECRISTONLIVRE cannot be held responsible for copyright and content violations posted on the site, both for offenses such as plagiarism or identity theft.

Under no circumstances may you reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, or prepare derivative works based on the "Content" of ECRISTONLIVRE without the express written consent of the copyright owner of the work in question. ECRISTONLIVRE does not claim ownership of your work or other materials submitted by the members.

5. Reporting of copyright violations

ECRISTONLIVRE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site do the same. At the discretion of ECRISTONLIVRE and in appropriate circumstances, we may remove your content, terminate your user account or prevent access to the site to users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe the copyright of your work or the work for which you act as agent has been violated, please contact one of the ECRISTONLIVRE administrators.

You must provide the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. The identification of the work.
3. Identify the location of the work that is claimed to be violated or is the subject of an infringement and must be removed or access that must be turned off (Reasonably sufficient information to enable staff to locate the ECRISTONLIVRE material).
4. Reasonably sufficient information to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number and, if possible, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed..

ECRISTONLIVRE may provide external links to third party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that ECRISTONLIVRE is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources, content, products or services available. The links to such sites or resources do not permit approval by ECRISTONLIVRE or their content, their products or services offered. You accept full responsibility and assume all risk when using these sites or resources.

7. Third person software

For convenience, we can submit third-party software available through our website. To use third party software, you must accept the terms and conditions imposed by the provider of such software and agree that to use such software will be solely between you and the third party vendor. By downloading third party software, you acknowledge and agree that the software is provided as is and without warranty of any kind. ECRISTONLIVRE cannot be held responsible for claims or damages of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from or related to any third party software downloaded through our service.

8. Conduct

You agree that you will not interfere with or disrupt (or attempt to interfere or disrupt) our services, servers or any network connected to this service. You agree that you will not disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to this service, or provide false information to ECRISTONLIVRE, try to hide your identity or that you do not have the right to disclose. ECRISTONLIVRE does not endorse any content placed on the service by third parties or any opinions or advice contained in such content. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold blameless ECRISTONLIVRE, as well as its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney and expert fees or in any way related to your access or use of our site or violation of these "Terms".

9. Exclusion of guarantee and limitation of liability

ECRISTONLIVRE makes no declaration or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service, content or products provided by the service. You agree that use of the service is at your own risk

ECRISTONLIVRE makes no guarantee to the safety, reliability and performance of this service. You specifically acknowledge that ECRISTONLIVRE is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct and you assume all risks and liability for damages and losses arising from such conduct. Except for the express limited use herein and to the extent permitted by law, ECRISTONLIVRE is not and will not be liable for damages of any kind, arising from the use of the service.

Even if ECRISTONLIVRE is forged, and the possibility of the damages which may arise from such action, the waiver of any remedies also applies. In any case, ECRISTONLIVRE's total liability to you will not exceed amounts paid under the present ECRISTONLIVRE contract.

10. Modification of the Conditions

We reserve the right to change these "Terms", at our sole discretion. If you are registered as a member, we will notify you of any material change in these conditions (as well as the date of entry into force of such changes) by sending an email to the address you have provided to your ECRISTONLIVRE account.

For all other users, we will post the revised terms on the site. If you continue to use the service after the date of entry into force of the revised terms, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service.

11. General

These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ECRISTONLIVRE regarding your use of the Service. Should a court find that one or more provisions contained in these "Terms" are invalid, you will agree, however, that the remaining conditions continue to be enforceable.

ECRISTONLIVRE has the permission to assign its rights and / or delegate its obligations under these "Terms" in whole or in part, to any person or business entity. However, you cannot assign your rights or delegate your obligations under these "Terms" without the prior written consent of ECRISTONLIVRE.

Section II : Additional conditions

13. Registration

You agree that the information you provide when registering during purchase or at any other time is true, accurate, current and complete. You also agree to ensure that information be kept accurate and current at all times. This is particularly important in connection with your email address, as it is the primary way we communicate with you about your account and orders.

14. Password

When you register as a member, you will be prompted for a password. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and you agree not to disclose your password to third parties. You agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities or actions that take place under this password.

15. Submitting Content

Publications and Comments - As a registered member of the service, you are allowed to publish publications and comments. This means that you can display your content in these areas of the site, subject to the specific conditions.

Artists Materials or Artwork - As a registered member of the service, you will also be able to submit certain types of your content known as "art supplies" or "work" for display on your user page. Before submitting your art materials or work, you must accept the additional conditions of our Submission Policy, which is incorporated into, and forms part of the terms of use.

16. Copyright in your content

ECRISTONLIVRE does not claim ownership of your content. By allowing us to make your content available via our website, you grant ECRISTONLIVRE a nonexclusive, copyright-free license to reproduce, distribute, reformat, store or prepare derivative works based on the content, and to publicly display your content.

Please note that when you download content from third parties, that you are able to copy, distribute and display using the tools available on your computer, other than a link on ECRISTONLIVRE, that any use by a third party of your content could violate paragraph 4 of these Conditions unless the third party receives permission from you by license.

17. Monitoring Content

ECRISTONLIVRE has no ability to control the "Content" that you may upload, post or otherwise transmit using the Service and has no obligation to monitor content for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any "Content" that you upload posts or otherwise transmit while using the Service.

18. Storage Policy

ECRISTONLIVRE offers free online storage for the content of its members. However, you acknowledge and agree that ECRISTONLIVRE may, as it deems fit, establish limits concerning the use, including the maximum number of days that your content will be retained by the Service, the maximum size of content files that can be stored on the service and the maximum disk space that will be allotted for storing content on ECRISTONLIVRE servers.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that ECRISTONLIVRE has the right to terminate or suspend accounts that are inactive, at our sole discretion and for a period of time (thus deleting or suspending access to your content). Without limiting the generality of Article 9, ECRISTONLIVRE shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained on the service and you are solely responsible for creating a backup for your content. You also acknowledge that ECRISTONLIVRE reserves the right to modify its storage policies with or without notice.

19. Conduct

You agree to be bound and to behave in accordance with ECRISTONLIVRE Ethic Policies. You are responsible for all of your content. You must have the legal right to copy, distribute and display all parts of any content you download, copy, distribute and display. Content provided to you by others, or made available through websites, magazines, books and other sources, are protected by copyright and should not be downloaded or otherwise copied, distributed or displayed without the consent of the copyright owner or otherwise permitted by law. You agree not to use the Service:

1. for illegal purposes;
2. To download, post or otherwise transmit any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, as an invasion of rights of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable;
3. In order to download, post or otherwise transmit any material that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right or any moral right or artistic right and / or any third party, but not limited to ECRISTONLIVRE to facilitate the illegal distribution of copyrighted or illegal content;
4. To harm minors in any way, download, post or otherwise transmit any content that violates child pornography laws, the laws of sexual exploitation of children or laws forbidding the representation of minors engaged in sexual conduct, or to submit any personally identifiable information about any child under 18 years of age;
5. To forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
6. To upload, post or otherwise transmit any material which is likely to harm ECRISTONLIVRE or any other computer system, including but not limited, a virus, code, data, files or other programs designed to damage or to allow unauthorized access to the Service or that may cause a defect, error, malfunction or corruption of Service;
7. For business ends, except on express authorization under the present Conditions;
8. To sell access to the service on any other website or to use the service on another site for the primary purpose of obtaining advertising revenue or a subscription to a personal blog, social network which is still the primary purpose of displaying the contents of ECRISTONLIVRE by hyperlink.

19A. Business Activities

All business activities mean the offer, solicitation or sale of goods or services by a person other than ECRISTONLIVRE. Commercial activities in the arts are allowed for registered members acting as individuals, for small companies or partnerships primarily engaged in activities related to art in which one or more directors of a company are registered members or for those looking to hire or work of a registered member.

Business activities in the form of paid advertising on the Service are subject to restrictions on the purchase of such advertising. No other commercial activities are permitted on or through the Service without the written permission of ECRISTONLIVRE. Any interaction with members of the service in relation to business activities, ECRISTONLIVRE including payment and delivery of goods and / or services and any terms related to business activities, including ECRISTONLIVRE conditions, warranties or representations, and so on are only between you and other members. Paragraph 9 above, these Terms of Use apply specifically in regard to its business activities.

20. Suspension and cancellation of access and membership

You agree that ECRISTONLIVRE may, at any time and without notice, suspend or terminate any portion of the Service, or refuse to carry out a command or terminate your membership and delete any content stored on the ECRISTONLIVRE website, at its sole discretion if you violate the terms or applicable laws.
